Conclusion: Though not an exact science, CAP believes in the scientific approach of paranormal investigating. We found no unusually high readings of EMF (electro magnetic field) in the basement corner where the shadow figure was seen and the breaker panel and electrical service is located. High levels of EMF have been known to cause feelings of being watched, skin irritation and even nausea. No video or photographic evidence was captured during the investigation to support the claims of activity involving shadows or full-body apparitions.
Two CAP team members did share a personal experience before the formal investigation, but it was not captured as evidence.
We believe there is a high level of paranormal activity present based on the amount of EVPs (electronic voice phenomena) captured on the premises. We also believe that with further investigation(s), capturing more evidence, including visual, is in the realm of possibility.
For now, based on just capturing EVPs, no matter how many, CAP cannot categorize the property as “haunted” at this time.
