Conclusion: Though not an exact science, CAP believes in the scientific approach of paranormal investigating.  Overall, we found no unusually high base readings of EMF (electro magnetic field) on the main floor of the home.  There was, however, an extremely high EMF reading coming from the carbon monoxide detector plugged into an electrical outlet hanging from a conduit in the basement.  The EMF was very local to the detector and probably not a source that could have caused any "false paranormal" sensations.  High levels of EMF have been known to cause feelings of paranoia, being watched, skin irritation and even nausea.

No video or photographic evidence was captured during the investigation to support the claims of activity involving footsteps or disembodied voices.

We believe there is a moderate level of paranormal activity present at the residence based on the EVPs (electronic voice phenomena) captured on the premises.  Without further investigating and based solely on the evidence captured, CAP cannot categorize the property as "haunted" at this time.
