Personal Experiences:
1. On the second floor, during session two in Rochelle’s office, Tony had a feeling of cobwebs on his face. An EVP of a male voice saying “oh yeah” was caught immediately before Tony had the experience. This kind of phenomenom has been documented many times by paranormal investigators.
2. In the basement, during session two, Rebecca caught something dark moving through her line of sight, and immediately after, Doug also thought he saw something moving in the hall toward the stairway.
3. Karen had a note-worthy experience after the investigation in the dining room. She heard footsteps coming from either the basement or kitchen. The kitchen door flung open and she waited for Tony to walk through. Karen then saw Tony walking up the ramp to come back into the house, and realized she was the only person in the house.
Conclusion: Though not an exact science, CAP believes in the scientific, and skeptical approach of paranormal investigating. All conclusions are based solely on evidence captured and experiences documented during our investigation. No photographic or video evidence was captured during the investigation to support the claims of activity involving sightings of full-body apparitions or shadow figures. We did not find any unusually high levels of EMF (electro magnetic field) during the investigation. High EMF have been documented to cause feelings of being watched, skin irritation, general paranoia, nausea and even hallucinations. Two CAP team members had personal experiences during the investigation, but no reviewable evidence of the experiences was captured. We believe there to be a moderate level of paranormal activity present in your location based on the amount of EVP (electronic voice phenomena) evidence captured on the premises and described
in the Evidence section of the report. At this time, however CAP cannot categorize the location as actively “haunted” at this time.
